Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your address to the store are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@laser-point.nl. We will refund the due amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications, such as personalized or custom-made items.
