Shipping & Delivery

At Laser Point, we process and ship every order with the utmost care. All of our products are produced in-house and checked for quality before being carefully packaged and dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on the product category and whether the item is standard or personalized. Below you will find the average dispatch times.

Dispatch times per product category

  • Doormats: dispatched within 1 – 5 working days.
  • Cake toppers: dispatched within 1 – 3 working days.
  • Mugs: dispatched within 1 – 3 working days.
  • Clothing: dispatched within 1 – 3 working days.
  • Keychains: dispatched within 1 – 3 working days.
  • Other personalized products: dispatched within 5 – 15 working days (depending on complexity and workshop capacity).

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. If a product is unexpectedly delayed or temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately with an updated delivery time or a suitable alternative.

Shipping costs

For orders within the Netherlands, fixed shipping rates apply. The exact costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply.
  • For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipping method

All orders are shipped via reliable parcel services, including PostNL and UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a track & trace code so you can easily follow your shipment. Please note that the final delivery time depends on the carrier and their current workload.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as mugs and glassware are packed with extra protection. Despite our careful handling, small damages can occasionally occur during transport. We kindly ask you to check the package upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if any damage has occurred.

Shipping and risk

The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with Laser Point until the order has been received by you or a person designated by you. From the moment of delivery, this risk transfers to the customer. If a package is lost during transport, we will contact the carrier and ensure that an appropriate solution is provided.
