Article 1 – Definitions

1. Points: rewards that customers earn within the loyalty program.
2. Referral code: a personal code that allows customers to give friends a discount.
3. Affiliate: a customer, influencer or business promoting Laser Point via a unique link or banner.
4. Reward: discount, commission or voucher granted through the programs.
5. Minimum order value: the required order amount to qualify for rewards.

Article 2 – Loyalty Program

1. Automatic savings: with every order, the customer earns 5% of the product price in loyalty points.
2. Using points: points are visible in the customer account and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
3. Validity: points are valid for 180 days from the date they are awarded.
4. Exclusions: points are not granted on discounted items or in combination with certain vouchers.
5. Limitations: a maximum reward amount per order applies to prevent misuse.

Article 3 – Referral Program

1. Personal referral code: each customer receives a unique code or link.
2. Benefits for friends: friends receive, for example, a 10% discount on their first order.
3. Benefits for sponsors: once the friend places a valid order, the sponsor receives a reward in the form of a discount or commission.
4. Maximum number of friends: a customer can refer up to 10 friends, unless otherwise stated.
5. Exclusions: orders below the minimum value or containing discounted products are not eligible.

Article 4 – Affiliate Program

1. Participation: customers, bloggers or businesses can apply for the affiliate program. Participation requires approval.
2. Promotion: affiliates receive a unique link or banner to share via websites, social media or email.
3. Reward: standard 10% commission on the product price, or a fixed amount per product. Adjustable per campaign.
4. Voucher option: affiliates can offer customers a dynamic discount (e.g. 15%) when ordering via their link.
5. Exclusions: discounted products are excluded; a minimum order value may apply.

Article 5 – General Terms and Limitations

1. The programs are valid only for registered Laser Point customers.
2. Laser Point reserves the right to investigate misuse and withdraw rewards in case of fraud or improper use.
3. Rewards are personal and non-transferable to third parties.
4. Laser Point may amend or discontinue these programs at any time.

Article 6 – Payout, Validity and Expiry

1. Loyalty points: expire after 180 days.
2. Referral vouchers: valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Affiliate commissions: processed according to agreed payout cycles and after order confirmation.
4. Rewards are granted only after the order has been fully completed and not returned.

Article 7 – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Can I combine points with a discount code? No, you can choose either points or a discount code.
2. What is the value of 1 point? Points equal 5% of the order amount (excluding VAT and shipping).
3. When will I receive my referral reward? As soon as your friend completes a valid order.
4. How do I apply as an affiliate? You can apply via your account; requests are manually reviewed by Laser Point.
5. What happens if I return products? Returned products cancel any previously granted points or commissions.
